Growtth® – Get Rid of Waste Through Team Harmony – is Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies (Freudenberg-NOK)’s company-wide continuous improvement program. Emphasizing teamwork and communications, Growtth works toward increasing efficiencies in the use of time, labor, materials and space using a variety of disciplines and tools.
Our Growtth program was launched in 1992 to adopt the lean concepts of the Toyota Production System and one-piece flow manufacturing. It has helped Freudenberg-NOK become the benchmark company for lean systems in the North American automotive industry.
Considered a key factor in Freudenberg-NOK’s success, Growtth continues to be a catalyst for our future goals.
